Established in 1956 by it's founder, Bud Franke, Franke Realty is the oldest real estate sales, rental and development firm on South Padre Island. The firm has been very active and instrumental in the development of South Padre Island and has built a reputation on providing quality professional service and handling every client on an individual basis. Our Family business specializes in South Padre Island and our surrounding areas including Port Isabel, Laguna Vista and Bayview.
Franke Realty is a 3rd generation Texas corporation with extensive knowledge and insight to our every changing community. Owned by Richard and Dennis Franke who have been active South Padre Island developers since the early 1970's. We offer knowledge through generations of transactions, and development experience.
